1Service Description

Casoria helps you generate interactive app prototypes and exportable code using AI models. Some features require a paid subscription purchased via Apple's in-app purchase system.

2Subscriptions & Billing

• •Plans: Lite (weekly), Pro (weekly), Max (monthly). Prices are displayed in-app and may vary by region and tax.
• •Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• •Charges: Your Apple ID is charged at purchase confirmation and at renewal. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
• •Trials & refunds: Any free trial (if offered) converts to a paid plan unless cancelled in time. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.

3AI Output & Your Responsibilities

• •AI may produce incorrect or incomplete code/content. Review, test, and secure your apps before distribution.
• •You are responsible for prompts, assets, and outputs you use or publish, and for complying with applicable laws and third-party rights.

4Ownership & License

• •You retain rights to your prompts and to exportable project files you create in Casoria, subject to any rights of third parties whose content you submit.
• •We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Casoria. We and our licensors retain all rights to the service, templates, and UI.

5Acceptable Use

Do not use Casoria to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates platform policies. Do not reverse engineer, probe, or abuse the service.

6Third-Party Services

Casoria may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., sign-in services, analytics, AI model providers). Their terms and privacy practices apply in addition to these Terms.

7Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

Casoria is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims related to Casoria will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

8Termination

You may stop using Casoria at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service or users. Provisions intended to survive termination will do so.

9Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
